AKF Uganda has announced that RtL has officially been incorporated into the pre-service teacher training program.  The roll-out begins on 11 September 2017.  Well done to the AKF team in Uganda who have made this possible.
The Tanzania Institute of Education has included RtL in their Teacher Professional Development program - the new manual is currently being reviewed with the help of RtLSA

Reading to Learn has been used in schools in East Africa for more than 5 years.

The Education for Marginalised Children in Kenya (EMACK) in partnership with USAID has just completed a 2 year programme in Coast Province, North East Province and Nairobi.
