Minutes of the Reading to Learn South Africa Annual General Meeting
17 March 2016 at Ridge Junior Primary School, Ridge Road, Pietermaritzburg at 3.00pm

    1. Funded by Claude Leon Trust and Xenex Foundation

4. Financial report
An interim financial report was circulated and adopted.  As the 2015/2016 audit has not yet been completed, only an interim report was available.  This was adopted by the meeting.

In order to access funding it is possible that we will need a Board.  The meeting was asked to think about suitable people to appoint to the Board.
